We want you to love your Delta Star guitar. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple 30-day return policy.

    Return Window

    You may request a return within 30 days of delivery of your item.

    To be eligible for a return, the item must:

    • Be in original condition

    • Show no excessive wear, damage, or modification

    • Include all original accessories, packaging, and documentation

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Custom or personalized guitars built to order

    • Items marked final sale

    • Products damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper handling

    • Strings, picks, or accessories that have been opened or used (unless defective)

    Return Authorization Required

    Before sending any item back, you must request a return authorization.

    Please include:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

    We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

    Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

    • We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. Delta Star Guitars is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected:

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

    • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after inspection

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item arrived damaged or defective)

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your guitar arrives damaged or defective:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    • Provide photos of the item and packaging

    We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.

    Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange an item:

    • Contact us within the 30-day window

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability
